Greetings! I hope you are all experiencing the goodness and faithfulness of our amazing God. Let’s continue to ask God to defeat this virus and miraculously flatten the curve. Let’s pray for God’s healing power over all those who are fighting this virus. Let’s pray for God’s Psalms 91 power and protection over everyone, especially those who are on the front lines! Thank you to all the courageous men and women who are serving us all in the area of healthcare. Let pray for godly wisdom for our leaders and officials. They need God’s wisdom! I appreciate God’s message through John on Sunday. I was reminded that we have been called to a mission. A mission to share the good news of Jesus to the world. If there was ever a time good news is needed, it’s now. Let’s remember God’s call for all of us. So, what can we do in this time of staying at home? Here are a few ideas:
Take time daily to pray. For your neighbors. For your co-workers. For your family. For your friends and acquaintances. Pray that God would draw them to Himself in a very personal and real way.
Invite everyone you know to join us on Sundays at 9:00 am as we gather as the church on YouTube. What an easy invite that is! You ask them to go to our channel and subscribe. Then remind and encourage them to tune in. When our service is over, check in with them.
Start praying for our Easter service. Let’s make a real effort to invite as many people as we can. My heart is that God would use our service to infuse His hope to everyone who is fearful and stressed. I pray that many people would experience the peace and comfort that only God can bring. I pray that many people would open their hearts to Jesus and experience His presence and power in an unmistakable and personal way.
Let’s make the most of the time we have now. Let’s remember we are called by God to a mission. A mission to share His love and power to the world around us.
