Great is His Faithfulness
Greetings! During this challenging time, God reminds me of a verse almost every morning. In Lamentations 3:22-23, we read:
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
Starting the day, giving thanks to God and putting my focus on Him and His faithfulness helps me as I go through the day. It helps me to maintain a healthy perspective. Even in times like this, there are things that we can be thankful for. What are you thankful for? Take time to thank God for His faithfulness. I want to also encourage you to spend time every day with God in the book of Psalms. What an encouragement it is when people share how they are choosing to start doing that. It’s also a great encouragement to hear how people are beginning to hear God speak directly to their hearts as we look at a Psalm on Sundays and as they read through the Psalms during the week. It’s a wonderful thing to receive from God something so relevant and encouraging from His medicine chest for our hearts, in the book of Psalms. Don’t miss out! We are going to continue to look at the Psalms this week. As I am preparing, I sense once again, that God will speak to you in a personal way. If you have never experienced God speaking to you through the Bible, this would be an absolutely great time to start. Join us on Sunday at 9:00 am (HST) on our YouTube channel. On Sunday, we are going to celebrate Communion together. How I miss doing that together on Sunday mornings. So please make sure you have some bread or cracker and some juice ready as we join together on Sunday. On our website, we have some Communion guidelines and instructions, if you want to celebrate together as a family during the week. Check it out. Please keep blessing local businesses on our Bless section of our website. You can pray for every business, bless them by patronizing their establishment and bless them by promoting and keep sharing the word with others. I recently spoke with Kevin from Nabeya Maido and he was so appreciative of all the support. He shared how challenging it has been and how all the encouragement and support has meant so much. Let’s keep blessings! Finally, we started a survey on Sunday about how people connect and get their information. This is really important to us because we want to be as effective as we can connecting and communicating with all of you. If you haven’t taken the short survey, please click to take the survey now. Thank you so much! Blessings and see you on Sunday! Mark
